During our time working together you will have an exclusive link that allows you to book in your weekly 1:1 sessions with me on a suitable day and time. I understand that every one of my clients has unique needs so whether it’s bi-weekly or weekly coaching calls that you need, you have the option to decide and book what is needed as we move throughout the 6 months.

In-between our coaching calls Whatsapp provides the means for me to be able to continue supporting you over voice note and message. This is INVALUABLE as it’s essentially having me in your pocket for the duration of the time we are working together so that you can share updates, ask questions and stay focused on your tasks and priorities!

Every single week you will have the opportunity to map out your weekly priorities on a Monday, have a mid-week accountability check in on a Wednesday and then review and reflect on a Friday as we close out the week and prepare for what’s coming next.
